False Alerts on HTTP Monitors

Between April 10 and April 16, 2026, a DNS disruption at our hosting provider caused DNS resolution failures on our monitoring nodes. As a result, HTTP(S) monitors were incorrectly reported as failing – affected customers received false-positive alerts that did not reflect the actual state of their services. The disruption has been fully resolved as of April 15. We are currently working on correcting the availability data that was impacted during the incident. Additionally, we are implementing measures to minimize the impact of similar DNS issues in the future. We sincerely apologize for the unnecessary alerts and the resulting loss of confidence in your monitoring data.
